DEPARTMENT OF ORTHODONTICS
Teeth, jaw bones, soft tissues surrounding these structures, organs and cavities that function as oral and nasal cavities constitute the area of interest of orthodontics. Orthodontics is a specialty of dentistry that covers the diagnosis and treatment of dental or skeletal developmental disorders seen in these areas. With appropriate methods, it aims to prevent the formation of disorders involving the teeth, jaw and facial region, to stop and treat the progression of existing disorders; thus achieving an ideal function and aesthetics in the patient.
